LASER OPTICS REGISTRATION SYSTEM


Purpose of the development: The system is designed to detect and record the location of optoelectronic devices (binoculars, video cameras, night vision devices, thermal imaging devices, optical sniper sights), including those that have anti-reflective coating. The system is capable of detecting optical objects that are behind tinted or mirrored glass, behind plants, masking nets or curtains in day and night lighting conditions.

Recommended application field: - identification of the location of optical systems in the observation zones in direct visibility conditions (identification of the positions of snipers or observers with optical surveillance tools); - protection of VIPs; - protection of important objects (scanning of surveillance sectors in manual or automatic mode). The main customers of the system can be anti-terrorist units, law enforcement agencies, intelligence agencies, military departments, VIP security services, security agencies.

Technical characteristic: - maximum working distance - up to 2500 m; - the wavelengths of the two-wave laser emitter for sensing are 808 nm and 905 nm; - the wavelength range of the photodetector of the receiving optics system is 700-1600 nm, the lens diameter is 50 mm; - digital video camera with built - in 30x lens; - system power supply voltage - 24 V; - communication interfaces: RS 422; USB 2.0 RS 232 UART.

Description of the development:

The system consists of optical, electronic and mechanical parts. The optical part includes: - transmission optics subsystem (optical collimator, optical radiation adders); - subsystem of receiving optics (optical collimator, video camera, spectral filters); - optical subsystem of a two-wave laser emitter (in the infrared range); - laser distance measurement module. The electronic part includes: - an electronic system control unit, a video processing unit, and an external communication unit; - electronic power supplies of the components of the system; - software for the interaction of the components of the electronic part of the system. The mechanical part includes: - mechanical devices for adjusting the optical components of the system; - mechanical fastenings of the components of the electronic part of the system; - external system case. Functionality of the system: - scanning of terrain in manual or automatic mode; - measuring the distance to a registered object within a radius of 2.5 km with the subsequent determination of its GPS coordinates; - performance in difficult weather conditions (fog, rain, snow) and in war conditions (flashes, smoke); - the ability to remotely control via a wireless network; - integration with a guard point or with a combat unit control system with the ability to output images to a central control point from several video sources in a "picture in picture" mode at once.
