DYNAMIC PLATFORMS FOR SIMULATORS, SIMULATORS, ATTRACTIONS


Purpose of the development: Electromechanical dynamic platforms of various sizes and configurations are designed to study the dynamic characteristics of simulators, training apparatus, attractions.

Recommended application field: Platforms can be used as part of: stimulators for studying the dynamic characteristics of devices, individual modules, blocks, or their tests for resistance to dynamic loads; simulators for drivers of armored vehicles, or cars; amusement rides.

Advantages over analogues: - platforms have high positioning accuracy and dynamic characteristics of changes in the position of an object in space in the range of up to 6 degrees of freedom; - depending on the specific task, there is a possibility to reproduce important dynamic characteristics and workloads of the studied object; - the ability to remotely control via a local network or Wi-Fi.

The movement of the platforms is carried out using asynchronous or servomotors with gearboxes and lever systems. It is also possible to implement a platform that moves using linear actuators, ball screw systems and servomotors. The platform motion control algorithm is implemented in a given scenario, which can be fixed or with feedback, that is, take into account the operator’s actions in real time. The script can be loaded directly into the control module via a USB device, or from a remote location via a local network or Wi-Fi access point.
