The development is a set of new additional technical methods and system tools for monitoring and diagnostics based on the measurement of stochastic deviations of technical and anthropo-technical parameters, for the current monitored technological process of the operation of nuclear power equipment and for the corresponding response to violations of normal operation of radiation and nuclear dangerous equipment, in particular - and first of all - the equipment of nuclear power plants and related industrial facilities. Technical monitoring and diagnostic systems are proposed, as well as operational response systems, as derived data should use technogenic and anthropotechnical information, which is processed automatically and is the basis for safety measures.
