Purpose of the development:
To increase the fuel efficiency of glass melting furnaces as a result of heating water in heating systems by utilizing the heat of the flue gases.

Glassworks.

Inlet water temperature, ° С - 70.
The temperature of the gases at the outlet, ° C - 150-250.
Flue gas consumption, kg / s - 1.0-3.5.
Aerodynamic drag, Pa - 300-600.
Hydraulic resistance, kPa - 5-30.
Overall dimensions, mm:
- height 1500-4500;
- length 1700-3500;
- width 1300-2500.
Payback period, months - 3-6.
Advantages over analogues:
Increase in the coefficient of use of heat of fuel (CUHF) of the furnace by 10-30%; a decrease in the intensity of the formation of dust deposits; effective cleaning of work surfaces.
