Determination of the distances are conducted into two stages. The first one – defined the quantity of damages and their locations with the help of impulsive method. The second one – more precise definition of distances according to the analysis of amplitude frequency and phase frequency characteristics, harmonious probe signals broken off heterogeneous cable lines, which have damages.
