WIND MOTOR WITH ADAPTATION TO WIND SPEED
Purpose of the development:
The development is intended to increase the efficiency of wind turbines with a horizontal axis of rotation, especially at low wind speeds.
Recommended application field:
Wind energy complexes, agriculture, private houses.
Advantages over analogues:
The wind turbine at all wind speeds has the maximum possible power, which at low wind speeds is 3-4 times higher than wind turbines with jammed blades.
The development stage readiness:
Tested experimental exploitation order
Description of the development:
() A wind turbine has been developed, the blades of which are self-adjusting at the optimal angle of attack depending on the wind speed, while maintaining the maximum utilization of the wind flow.
The wind turbine contains an impeller mounted on a shaft with a horizontal axis of rotation, blades mounted with eccentricity on the impeller swings with the possibility of rotation around its longitudinal axis by an angle from 0 to 45 degrees, and differs in that the blades are made of separate sections separated by bushes , each of which is mounted on bearings in the mach section.
