EDUCATIONAL LAYOUT OF THE VERTICAL STEEL RESERVOIR RVS-2000


Purpose of the development: To study the design and analysis of technological processes of oil and oil products storage.

Recommended application field: The customers of the educational layout can be institutions of higher, professional, higher and vocational education, training specialists in the field of transportation, distribution and storage of crude oil and naphtha-productive. The layout can be used in the study of academic disciplines of the cycle of professional and practical training.

Advantages over analogues: The characteristics of the training layout in terms of the degree of detail in the design of the equipment are not inferior to real equipment (the prototype is the RVS-2000 tank), while it has a small manufacturing cost and dimensions that allow placement in a training laboratory or classroom.

The training model is made to scale, has a cut, allows you to demonstrate the internal and external equipment of the tank: pontoon, manhole, light hatch, siphon valve, metering hatch, pinot drain chamber, liquid level meter, receiving and distributing nozzle, safety and breathing valves, fire fuse, mounting pipe for connecting gas-venting systems, non-return valve and control equipment. The layout provides an opportunity to study core technological processes for storing crude oil and petroleum products in a tank farm or refinery. The training layout allows you to analyze the qualitative characteristics of the storage and distribution of oil and oil products. The layout is mounted on the basis of what allows its rapid movement in the educational process.
