INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OF SIMULATED MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF COMPLEX RECOGNITION FOR RADIO-RADIATING OBJECTS


Purpose of the development: Information technology (IT) is intended for simulation and mathematical modeling and evaluating the effectiveness of systems and the process of multilevel complex recognition and identification of radio-emitting objects of various bases (air, ground, surface) by the radio emission of their radio-electronic means (REM) of radar, radio communication and control under various a priori conditions uncertainties at the stages of design, development, testing and operation of complexes and means of radio frequency monitoring (RFM) and electronic warfare (EW).

Recommended application field: Expected research results are intended for use in the areas of radio frequency monitoring and radio countermeasures. They will contribute to solving the problems of control of air, ground and surface space in the respective regions and the country as a whole.

Advantages over analogues: The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in the creation of a scientific and methodological apparatus for solving the problem of increasing the recognition efficiency of objects of various basics with complex heterogeneous radio emissions from their radar, communication and control systems by combining the recognition results of these radio electronic facilities with several heterogeneous algorithms and complex recognition by methods of statistical processing and artificial intelligence of radio-emitting objects according to the results of the recognition of radar, communications and a systematic way.

Created IT includes a knowledge base (methods, procedures and algorithms), a database (characteristics of radio-emitting objects, radio electronic equipment and radio emission signatures), functional software and is implemented in the form of a recognition-mathematical simulation software package. Functionality of the complex: - selection of the composition and accuracy of the measurement of the dictionary of signal signs according to the criterion of maximum efficiency (probability) of recognition of RES; - selection of a team of decision rules (from 2 to 5) according to the criterion of maximum efficiency (probability) of recognition of these RES; - calculation of the probability of recognition of radar stations (radar); - calculation of the probability of recognition of the radiation classes of radio communications and control (SRSU); - calculation of the likelihood of complex recognition of radio-emitting objects by a common vector of signal signs of radar and radio-frequency control systems; - calculation of the probability and reliability of the integrated recognition of radio-emitting objects from recognized on-board radars and radio frequency control systems based on a two-stage recognition algorithm; - calculating the reliability of recognizing a class, type of radio-emitting object, by the signal signal vector of airborne radars and air defense systems based on the algorithm for calculating proximity estimates.
