Purpose of the development: Laser rangefinder LR-20-EN is a modern rangefinder for measuring ranges up to 20,000 meters.

Recommended application field: Aiming systems, long-range surveillance systems, height measurement, surveying.

Technical characteristic: - eye safety: class 1; - full range of measurements: 32-20 000 m; - maximum measurement frequency: 5 Hz; - laser class: 1M [EN 60825-1: 2007]; - laser type: diode-pumped erbium glass laser; - working wavelength: 1535 nm; - beam divergence: 0.5 mrad [possible options]; - diameter of the emitter lens: <12 mm; - energy per pulse: 8-10 MJ; - pulse duration: 15 ± 4 ns; - running hours by the number of pulses: 10 to 8 degrees; - mass: 5 kg ± 0.2; - dimensions: 290 x 155 x 100 mm; - operating temperature with a television vizier: from -20 to + 55 ° С; - operating temperature without a television sight: from -40 to + 55 ° С.

The range finder is designed on a diode-pumped solid-state laser with a range of measured ranges of up to 20,000 meters. The range finder can operate with a measurement frequency of 5 Hz at an ambient temperature of up to 40 ° C without additional cooling. Work with capture systems and target tracking is provided. The range finder is made in a sealed enclosure. The rangefinder includes a television sight, which makes it possible to output a television image of the field of view of the rangefinder with the intersection at the aiming point. It is allowed to use the range finder in environmental conditions (on the armor).
