Advantages over analogues:
Environmentally friendly technology without the use of hazardous organic solvents. Low dielectric loss. Performance in conditions of elevated temperatures and humidity. Physico-mechanical characteristics at the level of the best Western counterparts. Storage> 97% strength at a temperature of 150 ° C, varying the composition of the polymer composition can provide operating temperatures up to 200-250 ° C (long) and up to 300-350 ° C (short-term), also in high humidity.
The development stage readiness:
Tested experimental exploitation order
Description of the development:
() A highly effective binder and manufacturing technology based on it without the use of solvents of fire-resistant (self-extinguishing) carbon plastics with enhanced thermal and physico-mechanical characteristics based on the traditional EDT-69n for equipping aircraft and spacecraft have been developed. A fundamentally new method of forming a three-dimensional polymer structure and its nanostructuring was used.
