Purpose of the development: The laser rangefinder LR-DR-07-N is designed to measure distances to targets, including fast moving, in the range of up to 17,000 meters.

Recommended application field: • portable surveillance and reconnaissance systems, devices for target detection; • video systems with external control and image processing systems; • fire control systems installed on military equipment; • multi-sensor platforms installed on board the aircraft, and gimbal suspensions; • combat modules with remote control; • electro-optical tracking systems; • armored fighting vehicles (BBM) and main battle tanks (MBT); • border and perimeter protection.

Technical characteristic: • Type of emitter: laser diode. • Working wavelength: 1.55 microns. • Operating mode: single measurement, with a frequency of up to 25 Hz. • Range of measurements: from 10 to 17000 m. • Eye safety: Class 1 (IEC 60825-2014). • Protection class: IR64. • Measurement range (0.75 m * 0.75 m; albedo 30%, visibility 10 km): not less than 3750 m. • Measurement range (2.3 m * 2.3 m; albedo 50%, visibility 10 km): not less than 7000 m. • Measurement error: up to 1 m. • Measurement time: from 25 ms to 3000 ms. • Recognition of multiple targets: 25 m. • Number of goals: 5. • Interface: UART. • Operating temperature: from -40 ° С to + 70 ° С.

The range finder, developed on the basis of the laser diode, has a very compact and shockproof design, made in a protected sealed enclosure. It is light and convenient to use, small in size, which allows you to integrate it into mobile and portable systems (surveillance devices, sights, etc.), which are installed on military equipment. The device is safe for the eyes, because the working wavelength is 1.5 microns. Allows you to measure the distance to the target in the range of 17 kilometers with an accuracy of a meter. The high frequency range measurement up to 25 Hz is suitable for measuring the range of targets that move fast.
