ELECTROPHYSICAL TECHNOLOGY OF MODIFICATION OF PRODUCTS FROM POLYMERS
Purpose of the development:
- for electrical insulation and sealing of various cable connections;
- for insulation of surfaces and connection of pipelines.
Recommended application field:
Mechanical engineering, chemical, radio electronics, as waterproofing and anticorrosive materials.
Technical characteristic:
Modified anti-corrosion polyethylene films have the following characteristics:
- high temperature resistance (up to 150 ° C) and adhesion to metal, concrete and polymers;
- the ability to operate at low temperatures (up to 50 ° C);
- high strength and mechanical resistance;
- "memory effect" of the properties of materials after a cycle of thermomechanical deformation (tension, compression) return to the initial sizes and shapes, heat shrink 20-60%.
Advantages over analogues:
The technology provides finished polyethylene products (pipes, rings, gaskets, couplings) with increased strength, heat resistance, frost resistance, process automation level of 100%.
