Purpose of the development: Return in the form of secondary raw materials instead of butyl rubber for the manufacture of sealing, waterproofing materials, facing and anti-corrosion coatings in mastics, rolls and films for the needs of construction.

Recommended application field: Building. Chemical industry. Coating of underground pipelines, corrosion protection of structures and bridges, as well as active filler in bitumen and pavement.

Technical characteristic: A multicomponent material based on regenerated butyl rubber, which is a copolymer of isobutylene (95-99 wt.%) And isoprene (1-5 wt.%).

Advantages over analogues: The environmentally friendly and non-waste method makes it possible to produce butyl regenerate with a wide range of plastoelastic and physico-mechanical properties without the use of chemical regeneration agents.
