Purpose of the development: For burning biogas in boilers.

Recommended application field: Garbage landfills, industrial and sewage treatment plants, distilleries, agricultural production and other enterprises.

Technical characteristic: The burners provide the boiler load from 44 to 100% of the rated power (accordingly, the biogas flow rate is from 954 to 426 m3 / h). The maximum concentration in the combustion products of CO and NOx is 2-3 times less than the norm and is: CO - 46-50 mg / m3, NOx - 42-54 mg / m3.

Advantages over analogues: The use of biogas can make it possible to replace up to 1 billion m3 of natural gas in Ukraine and reduce the impact on the greenhouse effect by 5 times by reducing methane emissions into the atmosphere. When biogas is burned, the emission of NOx into the atmosphere is halved compared to the combustion of natural gas. The maximum concentration in the combustion products of CO and NOx is 2-3 times less than the norm and is: CO - 46-50 mg / m3, NOx - 42-54 mg / m3.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: The saving of natural gas on only one boiler DKVR-6.5 / 13 is 2-3 million m3 per year.

MPIG-ZB burners have high heat engineering, environmental and performance indicators and can be recommended for widespread use when using biogas of all enterprises where it can be obtained (aeration stations, landfills, agricultural production, distilleries), as well as when burning other fuel gases . Technically, biogas can be burned in steam and hot water boilers of different capacities. For emergency and other situations, special automated installations - candles, which allow temporarily burning biogas, have been developed and implemented.
