The technology is based on the theory of inductive modeling, implemented in the well-known method of group accounting of arguments (MGUA) academician O.G. Ivakhnenka. The technology is implemented as a problem-oriented ASTRID system. ASTRID will help: - determine what factors (processes) are informative and to what extent they affect the controlled process; - build an operational (short-term) forecast for the development of the process in the prevailing conditions; - get a quantitative assessment of the consequences of the influence on the course of development of the process of certain managerial decisions.
