Purpose of the development:
Films are intended for use as edible packaging to protect products from mechanical damage, biological and chemical effects. They maintain optimum moisture and protect against staling.

Food industry, hotel and restaurant business, etc.

Description of the development:
() The films contain nutrients: pectin, b-carotene, B and U vitamins, betaine, fiber, and sorbents. All samples are soluble in water at room temperature. In 10-15 minutes the films are laid out into individual particles, which then dissolve. Dependence of the temperature of the onset of deformation of the samples on constant load: tensile strength is 10, 2.5, and 1.25 kg / cm2 at temperatures of 40.80 and 130 ° C, respectively.
