TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

STANDS LIQUIDS CLEANING (SOG)


Purpose of the development: Centrifugal fine cleaning of industrial and energy oils, liquid coolants, hydrosystems worcing liquids, diesel fuel and kerosene from mechanical impurities and water. The stands are made on SOG dase model 913K1M (all models have centrificates of conformity).

Technical characteristic: Characteristics: - Productivity, l/min, max - 55; - Efficiency of liquids cleaning from abrasive contaminants (at initial pollution of the 15-17 class in accordance with GOST 17216-2001), cleanliness level - 5-10; - Output water content (initial content of to 1%), % - 0.05; - Rotation speed of the centrifuge rotor, rpm - 8x10[3]; - Mud absorbing capacity of a centrifuge rotor with a spiral (disc) insert of the setting tank (by an abrasive contaminator - kg), kg - 1/210; - Electric drive power (380 V, 50 Hz), kW - 4; - Overall dimensions, mm, max - 840x474x1085; - Weight, kg, max - 140.

Description of the development:

By clening fineness the SOG stands correspond to 5-micron aviation filters. they eneble to separate undissolved water. In comparison with cartridge systems for similar purposes, the SOG stands are distinguished by high economy in operation owing to higher mud absorbing capacity (10kg) - several grams with filters and absence of replaceable filtering elements. High efficiency, low dimensions, mobility and simple operation of the stands make it possible with high quality and minimal costs to use them to srervice different equimpment immediately at site: - aircraft construction, motor and air-engine enterprises - cleaning of working liquids, test beds, process equimpment, plane and helicopter hydrosystems; - machine and machine-tool plants, repair shops - providing cleanliness of hydraulic systens of machine tools, presses, automatic lines, foundry machines, as well as removal of processing products from liquid coolants on oil and water base; - power supply enterprises - cleaning of turbines and pumps oils, also in vacuum and adsorption installations for transformer oils regeneration as a preliminary stage for cleaning from undissolved water and mechanical impurities; - gas- and oil-pumping stations - oils cleaning in lubrication systems of gas- and oil-pumping units; - railway transport enterprises - periodic cleaning of oils in hidraulic systems of track-repair machines, machine tools for processing of wheel pairs, removal of and mechanical impurities from motor oils; - service stations of automative, road construction technical equipment - refueling and periodic cleaning of oils in hydrosystems of tractors, dredges. Smallest solid and liquid contamination particles are deposited on the surface of a centriguge-pump rotor equipped with spiral or disc insert as a result of its rotation with a high speed. (One pass of liquid thoungh the stand allows to reduce the concetration of contamination particles hundreds of times). After the centrifuge stops the liquid impurities flow down from the rotor to a setting tank, solid impurities are channeled to a mud collecting vessel. Stands with a system of continuous water drainage from the centrifuge rotor are used for fuel and oil containing a lot of water.
