Purpose of the development: To simulate the flow of groundwater in difficult hydrogeological conditions.

Recommended application field: State and local organizations for the protection of the environment and nature management, utilities, research institutions in the field of hydrogeological reclamation.

Advantages over analogues: Using the software allows you to calculate, in addition to the general dynamics of groundwater and flow characteristics, the required number of drainage wells and their work schedule to ensure a normative reduction in the level of groundwater in flooded areas. The software package is well suited for creating drainage schemes for flooded urban areas, settlements located on river banks and near artificial reservoirs, irrigation systems, industrial zones and zones of influence of industrial sewage tanks. The software package was introduced in the Kakhovka hydrogeological reclamation expedition.

The basis of the complex is the computer implementation of mathematical models for the tasks of a planned groundwater flow. The software package has a developed graphical user interface and is designed to predict the response of groundwater to various natural and technological factors, taking into account the complex nutritional structure of aquifers. A feature of Krisflow is its focus on modeling groundwater levels for large areas with complex hydrogeological conditions, which require the introduction of significant amounts of information presented in cartographic and tabular form.
