APPLICATION OF PHOTOPOLYMERSATION MATERIALS IN POLYGRAPHY TECHNOLOGIES

For technological processes of finishing printed products and packaging by cold foil stamping.

Printing, packaging, radio-electronic, instrument-making industries.

Advantages over analogues:
The developed photoadhesive with high operational characteristics has no analogues in domestic production, is not inferior in characteristics to foreign analogues, but exceeds them in terms of simplicity and execution of the technological process.
Using a new polymeric material, the technological process of cold foil stamping was improved, the shortcomings of the adhesives available in use, including imported ones, were eliminated: cost, energy costs were reduced, the quality of products was improved, the scope of application of printed and packaging products was expanded.

() Modified photopolymer composite materials based on urethane and oligoester acrylates were created, which made it possible to develop an original photopolymer adhesive material (photoadhesive) with properties corresponding to operating conditions, which can be used in various industries.
