HIGH EFFICIENT PROFILE SPRAYER FOR FILM COOLERS
Purpose of the development:
For effective cooling of process water in film cooling towers.
Recommended application field:
Energy. Industrial enterprises.
Technical characteristic:
The bulk density of irrigation in the film flow of a liquid is from 0.44 to 2.83 m3 / (m · h). Sprinklers are located in a sloping tower.
Advantages over analogues:
The use of sprinklers in the cooling towers with the proposed surface topography leads to a significant intensification of heat transfer from the film of liquid flowing down to the air compared with the flow along smooth surfaces (as on typical sprinklers). Under optimal conditions, the heat transfer intensity increases by almost 3 times.
