Purpose of the development: Instrument oils MP-6100 and MP-6120 are used to lubricate ball bearings of microelectromachines, microelectromotors and other devices with low shear at low temperatures.

Recommended application field: Instrument making.

Technical characteristic: They operate at atmospheric pressure in the temperature range from -60 ° C to + 100 ° C (MP-6100) and + 120 ° C (MP-6120), as well as a residual pressure of 666.5 Pa.

Oils instrument MP-6100 and MP-6120 are environmentally friendly materials, are a mixture of carbo-functional derivatives of fatty acids synthesized by its own technology, and industrial oils. Oils contain oleochemical corrosion inhibitors that provide long-term performance of parts and assemblies in conditions of high humidity and temperature. It is not recommended to use oils in contact with polymeric materials (the consumer should check the possibility of swelling of polymeric materials in contact with the oil).
