TECHNOLOGY FOR DISPOSAL OF POST-SPIRIT GRAIN BARD WITH PRODUCTION OF BIOGAS
Purpose of the development:
To ensure optimal conditions for methane fermentation, a highly effective anaerobic bioreactor for producing energy fuel - biogas has been developed.
Recommended application field:
Enterprises of the alcohol industry.
Technical characteristic:
The biogas output at the plant with a capacity of 6000 decalitres of alcohol per day is 9000 m3.
Advantages over analogues:
This technology allows you to treat wastewater with any concentration of pollutants, reduce the treatment time from 500 to 90 hours, reduce capital costs for the construction of facilities, get additional fuel - biogas, save 400 thousand per year from using it in a boiler house at a 6-thousandth distillery USD at a price of natural gas of 250 USD per 1000 m3.

Description of the development:
() The presence of special cavities for collecting biogas and removing biogas from the moisture separator significantly improves the process of biogas extraction, reduces its moisture content, and improves quality. Staying of a wastewater mirror under atmospheric pressure reduces the saturation of the treated biogas wastewater, which makes it impossible to lose biogas and its emissions into the atmosphere. The use of modern anaerobic bioreactors allows you to maintain a high concentration of biomass in the fermentation zone (60-80 g / dm3), increase the load to 17-18 kg COD / m3.
