Purpose of the development: A quantitative rapid assessment of the general neurological condition, the degree of impaired motor and speech functions of the patient, on the basis of which recommendations are given on an individual rehabilitation plan using a mobile application.

Recommended application field: The medicine. Rehabilitation centers.

Technical characteristic: A specialized mobile application built on Android, Java, Linux, works on smartphones or tablets.

Advantages over analogues: There are no analogues. New approaches to quantitative rapid assessment of the patient's condition after a stroke provide the simplicity and accessibility of the examination algorithm. The unification of quantitative assessment makes it possible to objectify the effectiveness of rehabilitation. Mobile services in diagnosis, especially in the recommended plans for the rehabilitation of impaired functions after a stroke, are practically absent.
