DEVELOPMENT OF THE BREADCRUMBS DRYING DEVICE

Description of the development:
() Bakery plant uses unrealized bakery for bread crumbs and breadcrumbs by drying them in a hot air oven. Drying technology, which is offered provides pre-grinding the product to further drying in the dryer hung formation. Dryer hung formation has been developed on the basis of previous experiments carried out on a laboratory dryer. The proposed method can significantly reduce the drying installation dimensions compared with the use of steam belt conveyors and silo installations to carry out the drying process without compromising the quality of the product, as well as more efficient use of heat.
