TECHNOLOGY FOR THE APPLICATION OF COMPOSITE FILMS BASED ON TIN
Purpose of the development:
To obtain galvanic coatings and dispersed materials containing titanium compounds in the volume of a tin matrix.
Recommended application field:
Instrument making. Food industry. In materials used for the manufacture of sensitive elements of gas sensors, such as protective coatings and catalytically active electrodes.
Advantages over analogues:
The developed electrolyte is cheap, fairly simple to manufacture, environmentally friendly, non-toxic. Electrolysis from it does not require significant concentrations of alkali and temperatures above 30 ° C.

tested in laboratory condition
Description of the development:
() The addition of soluble titanium compounds to the alkali electrolyte of tinning makes it possible to obtain Sn (TiОх) material with a titanium content of up to 2 ml%. The titanium content and appearance of the material can be adjusted by changing the electrolysis conditions. Oxide films formed on the surface of Sn (TiОх) have significant catalytic and photocatalytic activity, high corrosion resistance, and also have the ability to self-regenerate at the level of chromated coatings.
