LABORATORY SYSTEM FOR ENZYME ACTIVITY CONTROL
Purpose of the development:
The development is intended to determine the activity of enzymes that can accelerate the hydrolysis of phosphorus-containing substrates.
Recommended application field:
Clinical medicine, enzymology, microbiology, pharmacology, biochemistry.
Advantages over analogues:
Compared to the best analogs, the sensitivity of the method improves to 0.2 U / L, the incubation time decreases to 20 minutes, and the time required for the formation of a colored substance to 1 minute. The technique is suitable for determining the content of orthophosphate in the presence of even the most labile phosphorus-containing substances, such as creatine phosphate.

Description of the development:
() The method for determining the activity of enzymes is based on spectrophotometric detection of orthophosphate after enzymatic hydrolysis of a phosphate-containing substrate, and the ionic associate of a 12-molybdophosphoric heteropolyanion with a polymethine dye is used as an analytical form for the determination of orthophosphate.
