To create the production of personal protective equipment - special suits for work in areas of radiation contamination.

Advantages over analogues:
The developed personal protective equipment for personnel has a mass of 1.5 times less than existing analogues with the same protective effectiveness. The technology is unique, there are no world analogues. Increased radiation resistance. Improved mass protection characteristics.

Description of the development:
() For the first time, the phenomena of absorption and dissipation of X-ray energy by media containing ultrafine particles of heavy elements and their compounds were discovered. The theoretically recognized and experimentally confirmed laws governing the interaction of radiation with materials of various nature. The use of computer simulation of processes, including using the developed software, it was possible to determine the optimal components of filler modifiers, particle dispersion, the content of modifiers in radiation-protective material. A layer of composite fabric with a thickness of 0.5 mm provides a level of protection against gamma radiation of low and medium energies the same as lead plates with a thickness of 0.134 and 0.11 mm.
