Purpose of the development: The developed electrolyzers are designed for the non-reagent regulation of the redox and acid-base properties of aqueous media under the influence of electric current.

Recommended application field: They can be used to activate water and aqueous solutions of substances for medical use (disinfecting equipment, preparing solutions for disinfection, treating skin diseases, etc.); in agriculture (increasing the efficiency of poultry, crop production, processing industry by reducing the incidence of poultry; pre-sowing seed treatment, acceleration of the conservation of products during vegetable processing) in the public utilities (disinfection of drinking and waste water; purification of water from toxic impurities) and other industries.

Technical characteristic: Voltage is not higher than 24 V.

Advantages over analogues: Developed electrolyzers and technologies for the activation of aqueous media can increase the efficiency of obtaining active products by 1.5-1.8 times, prevent the formation of waste side solutions, reduce energy costs by 1.2-1.4 times. The settings are easy to operate, due to the low voltage safe for staff.

The process of obtaining activation of aqueous media is carried out under flowing conditions in a multi-cell electrolyzer with separation of the products of electrode reactions and the use of various schemes of movement of water in the electrode chambers. Due to this, it is possible to purposefully change the redox (Eh from - (0.2-0.4) to + (1.2-1.4) B) and acid-base (pH from 2.8 to 11.8) properties of aqueous media without the introduction of chemicals. Water treatment takes place at a voltage not exceeding 24 V using a special design of the electrode system. An electrochemically activated aqueous solution can be obtained directly at the place of consumption, in particular in remote places or field conditions. Electrochemical activation can be used for special solutions, liquids and their mixtures in various industries.
