Purpose of the development:
The rotary undermining machine is designed for mechanized removal of soil from under pipelines in non-frozen soils when repairing trunk pipelines using technology without lifting the pipe.
Recommended application field:
Enterprises and organizations involved in the overhaul of trunk pipelines.

Technical productivity depending on soil conditions, soil strength category and pipeline diameter, linear m / h - 40-120.

Advantages over analogues:
The main advantage of the proposed technology is that when moving all the repair column machines located at a certain distance from each other along the pipeline, if there is a rotary digging machine in the column, repair work is carried out according to the minimum (within the tolerance) changes in the stress state of the pipe. In this case, it is not necessary to raise the repaired pipe, which significantly increases the safety of repair work.

The performance of excavation when performing major repairs of pipelines using a rotary digging machine increases 5-7 times.

The design of the machine ensures its installation on the pipeline and removal from it without dismantling, as well as the mechanized process of deepening the working body under the pipeline. The machine has two modifications for piping sizes.
