It allows to organize mass continuous education in a balanced manner, create the necessary information and didactic basis, aggregate the necessary electronic educational content and educational resources, and also create the effect of intensification and individualization of education. The use of analytical tools ensures the achievement of many goals in the context of mass lifelong learning.
