NITROGEN-CONTAINING ANELANE THIOPHENE SYSTEMS
Purpose of the development:
The development is aimed at solving the problem of the synthesis of new heterocyclic compounds with anticancer activity using computer modeling and effective synthetic approaches from simple available reagents.
Recommended application field:
Medicine, pharmaceuticals, chemical and biochemical industries.
Advantages over analogues:
The effectiveness of the study lies in the fact that new accessible and cost-effective approaches to organic synthesis have been developed - single-reactor, multicomponent, tandem and domino reactions, which are predominantly re- and stereoselective and often occur under mild conditions. The developed synthetic procedures meet the criteria of "green chemistry" and exclude the use of harsh reaction conditions, cost equipment, complex, lengthy, energy-consuming procedures, solvents and reagents that adversely affect the environment and increase the price of the resulting final product.
