Advantages over analogues:

Polymeric sulfur is the most effective curing agent, which does not migrate to the surface of the product, in the manufacture of tires and Shino technical products, and its market value is two orders of magnitude higher than the sulfur rhombic modification.

Description of the development:
() Process of hydrogen sulfide by plasma method makes it possible to produce hydrogen and sulfur. Hydrogen is used in many industrial processes (nefteperabotke, metallurgy, food technology), as well as modern energy processes as a highly environmentally friendly fuel. Depending on the implementation of the sulfur condensation to obtain its different possible modifications, in particular a polymer, which is used as a vulcanizing agent during manufacture responsible rubber products. Installation for plasma chemical processing of hydrogen sulfide consists of the main building blocks: the collapse of the plasma-chemical hydrogen sulfide vapor condensation and obtaining polymeric sulfur, hydrogen purification from the unreacted hydrogen sulfide.
