THE MONITORING SYSTEM ARTIFICIAL LIFT OF OIL (MHC-1)


Purpose of the development: The system is designed for continuous centralized control, remote software management and technical equipment condition diagnostics of oil wells equipped with means of artificial lift.

Advantages over analogues: System MHC-1 analogues in Ukraine has not. Similar to known world models proposed system MHC-1 has the following features: - Adaptation to the equipment SHGNU and mode of work; - Optimization of pumping fluid from the wellbore; - Automatic research work boreholes to establish rational modes of periodic boreholes (pumping and recovery periods).

Technical and economic effect: Technical and economic indicators: - The economic effect of the introduction of 22 boreholes Starosambirskogo field NGVU "Borislav, Naftogaz" - 942 UAH .; - Payback period - 21 months.

Description of the development:

The system is designed for continuous centralized control, remote software management and technical equipment condition diagnostics of oil wells equipped with means of artificial lift. Object management and control have SHGNU, information from which is transmitted to the GIC on UKX radio. Information is exchanged online. The system is manual controller and server GIC, which are equipped with technical means of serial SCADA and control devices efforts in the polished rod and crank position of the pumping unit. The use of the oil industry in Ukraine ensure the implementation of new technological schemes of production, which will enable to reduce capital and operating costs, as well as to solve the traditional problem - reducing energy consumption, increasing the time between maintenance equipment borehole, safety and environmental protection and the improvement of working conditions of the production staff. The system will provide: - Automatic control and management of the borehole equipped with sucker rod-pumping units (SHGNU); - Motor protection in the event of an abnormality in the SHGNU; - Removal dynamometer at the central control point (CCP) and the output it on the display screen; - Alarm on nesaktsionirovannom access to equipment controlled point (CP); - Mode of research borehole and definition of rational modes of its operation; determination of the coefficients of filling and giving to the pump and its performance; - The provision of emergency and issue reports on accidents at SHGNU classification and recognition of their nature; - Provision of information to different users on the state of the borehole (pumping, storage, accident and repair, duration), as well as the creation of a data bank with respect to the drilling of wells.
