Advantages over analogues: Advantages of the compass are to achieve high measurement accuracy azimuth 0.5 achieved using a multi-step calibration procedure to minimize errors due to the influence of external magnetic fields, or the presence of materials that distort the Earth's magnetic field, and the imperfections of these sensors and analog signal processing units. Cheap three-dimensional tilt-compensated compass for navigation systems, low cost, intended for vehicles and personal purposes, in particular, can be built into mobile phones or smart phones due to the minimal size of the sensor magnetic and gravity (tilt sensor) and field processing unit analogivyh and digital signals built on the basis of microcontroller reconfigured PSo firm Cypress. Compass has built LІ2 protocol stack that makes it easy to integrate it into the network of a modern car.
