METHOD FOR GAS-DISPERSION SYNTHESIS OF NANOPOWDERS OF REFRACTORY METAL OXIDE


Purpose of the development: Suitable for the preparation of chemically pure (> 99.7%) of the granules symmetric narrow spherical well des agregovannyh nanopowder with a mean particle size in the range of 20 - 100nm oxides of aluminum, zirconium, titanium, zinc, iron and others.

Recommended application field: Development can be realized at the enterprises of the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine, enterprises and organizations engaged in the development and manufacture of new types of ceramics and composite materials, pigments, abrasives, catalysts.

Advantages over analogues: Patent Search in leading countries (US, UK, Japan, France, Germany, Canada) showed that the development meets the level of global peers. Analogues of the method include the aerosol chemical reactors and a number of other methods of obtaining nanooxides metals, which are based on combustion processes.
