Since 1999, the NPP "Promteplomash" uses as heating devices contact type water heaters in which the heat exchange processes are in direct contact with water flue gases. It uses the heat of the phase transition, which in relation to the existing domestic and foreign traditional type hot water boilers are allowed to reduce the price per 1 Gcal of heat energy produced by 10-15%. Efficiency devices (calculated according to the net calorific value of fuels) exceed 96%. Power range - from 20% to 100%. Water heaters are operated at atmospheric pressure. The hot water temperature to 95 ° C. Developed design water heaters heat output from 0.2 to 3 MW. In applying the principle of modular design is possible to get the necessary power water heating compartment. Only in Dnepropetrovsk 7 water heating works departments using similar water heaters. NPP "Promteplomash" develops and implements highly efficient heating systems heating furnaces with regenerative burners. Regenerative burners are among the most modern achievements in the construction of furnaces worldwide experience and represent a combination of burners and teploutiliziruyuschego devices in one unit. The heating system comprises two or more burners each of which has an integrated compact regenerator connected to the burner conduit. Burners operate alternately over the designated time cycles. The resulting combustion products are removed from the oven chamber through burner channel opposite the burner pass through the regenerator, where heat is given, and removed the chimney.
