Iron processing technology provides: removing silicon 0.8-1.0 to 0.15-0.3% sulfur and 0.04-0.06 to 0.003%; cost reduction based desulfurizing lime mixture is 15-20%; reduced costs for the heat treatment of 5-10 ° C; cost reduction lime at BOF melting at 20-30kg / t constant, increasing the yield of 0.8-1.4% metal; the use of existing equipment vnedomennoy desulphurization in ladles.
