Control of the rate of pumping from 2 to 6 millimeters of mercury (defined in software).There are all sizes of cuffs, but neonatal.

The ECG study is conducted by the method of Holter (continuous recording) on the three leads and blood pressure in stationary and ambulatory conditions up to 48 hours (with standard 64MB memory card). The combined study of ECG and ABP provides more complete picture of the rhythm disturbances, ischemic changes in segment ST, the interval QT, variability of R-R, the degree of hypertension and hypotonic changes, adaptations, depending on the ABP and ECG and vice versa; gives an opportunity to identify subtle forms of "silent" ischemia.The registrator is a compact device, self-powered from the battery. On the front panel there is a graphical LCD display with a resolution 132x65 points and a keyboard. Text information on the registrar, the patient, date, time, viewing the ECG (the graphs in motion) and the results of ABP measurements during functional tests can be displayed.On the front surface there are: ECG connector, the air connector and the button events. At the rear surface there are: built-in memory card slot and an infrared transmitter/receiver channel. As part of the memory the changeable card of the type Compact Flash (CFC) of 64 MB is used.The registrator supports two start modes to study: a stationary, using a computer, and autonomous without a computer. The registrator supports the following functions:- carrying out of the functional test (checking the quality of electrodes disposition and the visual representation of the selected derivations);- selection and installation of the effective gain ECS (regardless byany of the three leads);- holding of a control blood pressure measurement;- select of the protocol of measurement of ABP (the interval between the measurements from 5 minutes to 60 minutes in increments of 2 hours);- selection and installation of alarms in the monitoring mode;- checking the degree of battery power;- study of ECG, ABP and ABP + ECG;-flow alarm in a mode of research, according to specified parameters.During the study the registrator is attached to the patient's belt with belt or shoulder belts.Connection of the registrator to a computer for programming is carried with the infrared channel (IR). IR communication adapter should be connected to a standard serial COM computer port.Reading data from the CFC is with the help of a special device "Reader CFC". Reading Time CFC with a volume 64M is not more than 2-3 minutes. For processing, analysis and storage of the data the software is used.DiaCard OC Windows 95 OSR, 98, 98SE, ME, NT, 2000, XP.
