Technological and economic crisis of domestic fuel and energy complex forced to do a search for new ways to reduce the deficit nontrivial coal. In general, coal preparation plants in Ukraine is currently located 196 sludge clarifiers and sludge pit, in which concentration of about 115.9 million tons of slurry products, including 51 million tons of off-balance sheet sludge ash content of 45 to 60%. This is one of the possible directions of complex processing and use of off-balance sheet resources of coal fuel, its agglomeration at low temperatures and pressures using nizkozolnogo brown coal as a binder and various additives that are allowed to intensify the process of obtaining okuskovovanogo fuel. The essence of the proposed technology of cold agglomeration of coal slurries is that they are able to charge with the natural moisture lignite mixed with cementitious applications, causing pasty plastic material, which eventually becomes solid due to structuring processes which occur in borer coal and binding applications. Providing certain form hardening mass occurs during its formation under the action of light pressure. Thus obtained agglomerated product, the shape and size of which depends upon customer requirements and the need to ensure the necessary mechanical strength and speed vyparyvaniya excess moisture. Each processing step process needs to establish a rational correlation constructive and regime parameters of the working equipment to ensure optimal reference next process step and the whole process of agglomeration as a whole. Therefore, the main objectives of this research work has the effect of these factors on the selection of technological operations and rational technological regimes, the design of process equipment for the agglomeration of fossil fuels.
