Manage slag blast furnace operation mode is performed based on the prediction models of the complex physico-chemical and technological properties of the primary and final slag which provide equal stroke blast furnace pig iron and specified quality. Structurally, "Slag" consists of the following subsystems: "Control", "forecast" and "management." Based control and management of the slag regime operate in real time, providing timely information technology needed to make decisions regarding the optimum of blast furnace and allowed to solve the problems of resource conservation - reduce the cost of coke, the rational use of raw materials, raw material substitution of one another, and etc.
