Open Joint Stock Company "Dniproazot" based on the compilation of best practices of foreign and domestic production technologies of different manganese products, as well as bringing their own scientific and technological capabilities, developed technology and organized pilot production manganese dioxide for chemical power sources and construction sealants of carbonate manganese ores Ukraine. The technology includes molochenie and disclosure of carbonate manganese ore with nitric acid or sulfuric acid, oxidation of manganese sodium chlorate solution (receiving HDM) or oxygen (getting DMBG) to give the manganese dioxide and the specific structure of the specified properties, filtering and money manganese from the reaction mixture, drying and packaging of, processing solutions to the runaway reaction end products.
