Purpose of the development: Established development is intended for the deposition of thick layers of mirror-shiny copper coatings on steel and zinc alloys and protection of steel products from charring during cementation.

Recommended application field: Enterprise electrochemical industry.

Technical characteristic: Technical characteristics: - Current density range - 0.1-2.0 A / kv.dm under steady electrolysis and 0.1-10.0 A / kv.dm at oscillation rod; - Diffusing capacity - 67-72% in the collar Haring-Blum; - Current output - 100%; - Deposition rate - to 1.25 micron / min.; - Correction after adding - 0.1 initial amount after missing 20-25 A-Year. / L.

Technical and economic effect: Implementation of the developed electrolyte in production allows to increase the technical and economic parameters of electrolysis processes by saving chemicals, water and electricity. Social value of the project - a significant reduction of water pollution by toxic substances and reducing the amount of toxic fumes directly at the workplace in electroplating. Cost of expert scientific and technical development is about 120 thousand UAH.

? It is proposed to replace the cyanide copper plating elektrolitov elektrolitov and pyrophosphate based on potassium pyrophosphate. Electrolyte contains basic inorganic components (copper and sulfuric Pentahydrate sodium pyrophosphate desyativodny), auxiliary components (ammonium phosphate dvuzamenny, potassium citrate dvuzamenny) and non-toxic additive that gives shine. Characterization of coatings - mirror-shiny, tightly coupled to the base, plastic, thickness of 40-50 microns. When thicker than 10 microns - pore-free, elongation at a thickness of 30 microns - 8.7%. Novelty design - know-how within the electrolyte and additives used which gives shine.
