MODULAR INSTALLATION FROM DISPOSAL FLY ASH OF THERMOELECTRIC STATIONS


Purpose of the development: The modular unit is designed for the disposal of thermal power plants, which will allow release of environmentally significant areas of hazardous material slime storage and release a significant portion of their area under arable land.

Recommended application field: Modular units used in the slime storage thermoelectric stations.

The project aims to provide disposal of fly ash and thermoelectric stations Naddniprianshchyna Donbass to give 9-products. On the example of the Dnieper GRES only storage of fly ash and the environment annually spent about 15 mln. Development will provide an opportunity to process the current waste directly thermoelectric stations and utilize already impounded in lagoons, which cover large areas without current maintenance are environmentally hazardous substance. Modular installation used for thermoelectric sludge storage stations through which 95-98% of the fly ash material is processed to obtain magnetite concentrate, carbon compounds, magnetic and nonmagnetic areas of different granulometric classes, fine (40 micron) alumina and aluminosilicate compounds. These materials can then be used in metallurgy, refractory, cement industry, in the manufacture of concrete and brick, some areas in medicine. The tests carried out with an admixture of these products have improved insulation performance of building materials by 30%, 15% strength, moisture resistance by 12%. Disposal of fly ash thermoelectric stations carried on a modular installation of gravity concentration, which is mounted to the side of the slime pit. Material supplied for installation of a slime pit dredge or directly from shlamosbrasyvayuschegosya pipeline power plants. First on scrubber-Boutari and roar separated fraction 2 mm and 0.6 mm. In sedimentary machine separates heavy particles and most of the pulp material, which are separated by further concentration tables and magnetic separators. The resulting products are transported by road enrichment separately in the finished product. During operation of the complex environmental pollution occurs. Water is in a closed loop in the sludge warehouse.
