TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTION OF ROLLED SECTIONS


Purpose of the development: It is known that the use of the non stands in a line of continuous section rolling mill gives you the opportunity to reduce energy consumption by 15-20% by reducing the energy cost of the deformation process and the reduction of energy losses in the lines of reason and the work stands mezhkletevyh intervals; increase manufacturing flexibility mill; reduce the dimensions of technological lines states, buildings for their construction, but also, and capital costs for the construction of new and reconstruction of existing states. The proposed innovative alternative technology provides additional deformation of the metal, which is rolled, non-driven work rolls mounted in mezhkletevyh between drive cages. Depending on the tasks may be non-driven mill in horizontal, vertical or universal implementation. Non-driven deformation of metal rolls at the expense of a more complete use of the reserve forces of friction in the cells deformation drive cages. One of the options proposed technology and complex equipment for its implementation is tested on continuous light-section wire condition 250/150 of "Krivorozhstal". The technology is protected by patents of Ukraine and the Russian Federation.
