Technological line enrichment of magnetite iron ore: the grinding step, magnetic separation, flotation. As a result of magnetic field processing of iron ore, which is subject to breakage in rock fragments magnetostriction occurs, which is accompanied by proliferation of the rock compressive mechanical vibrations. This leads to the destruction of the ore and following the process of grinding is carried out with less energy. In addition, the efficiency of the processes of grinding, magnetic separation, flotation are largely dependent on the degree of residual magnetization of minerals. Implementation of the necessary degree of magnetization in each stage enrichment process allows to improve the performance of existing equipment, reduce the cost based on this electric energy to increase the amount of iron in the concentrate.
