Description of the development:

Differenciator which contains the first and second sil\'fony, connected by the butt ends of general flanca and set in the cylinder sending, first sil\'fon by the second butt end connected with first mobile flancem, and second sil\'fon by the second butt end – with second mobile flancem, total mechanism as sil\'fona, placed in the middle of second sil\'fona in a sending hob, connected by one butt end with third mobile flancem of initial signals, and knot of reception of entrance signals, which differs with that, that the knot of reception of entrance signals is first sil\'fon, and general flanec is executed immobile with a throttle and axial opening, to which the second butt end is add total sil\'fon, middle part of which is related to second mobile flancem which co-operates with the additionally set spring, thus the cavity of first sil\'fona is united through the axial opening with the cavity of sumatornogo sil\'fona directly, and with the cavity of second sil\'fona – through a throttle
