Purpose of the development: The hydrophobic component provides preservation of binding activity duringits storage.

Recommended application field: Construction.

Technical characteristic: The "Hypermod" is characterized by high activity, intense increase of durability at early stages of setting. The binding compression strength after 28 days is 96...110 MPa, bending strength 11.6...12.0MPa, dough normal density is 18...21%, setting begins not earlierthan after 45 minutes and ends after 3...5 hours.

Advantages over analogues: Use of "Hypermod" allows to obtain quick hardening high-strength close-grained concrete with a 30% reduction of the exspensive clinker component consumpition. The concrete features high operational realiability and protects reiforcement steel from corrosion.

Technology of competitive high-sterength quickhardening binding material "Hypermod", produced by additional grinding of low-water binder with a modifying component for multifunctional application has been developed. The modifying component includes microsilica (40...50%), disperse fibre (35...40%) and a hydrophobia component - still bottoms of synthetic adipose acids (12...20%).The technological scheme of the complex binding material production includes: - preparation of the modifying component; - production of the low-water binding material; - preparation of the complex finely dispersed organomineral binding material "Hypermod". Low-water binding material (BHB-100) is produced by additional grinding of cement of grade 500 with super qualifier "40-30" in a high-speed spherical mill. The optimal properties of the binding material "Hypermod" are provided by presence of 20...30% of the modifying component. Specific surface of BHB-100 is 500...550 sq. m/kg.
