ETCTRIC-SNSULATING HEAT-RESISTANT POLYIMIDE AND ELECTROCONDUCTIVE METAL-POLYIMIDE FILMS WITH A SOLID OR DISCRETE METAL LAYER

Description of the development:
() On the basis of ultra-violet initiated reaction of maleinic dianhydrides in bensole and chemical modification of polychelates, monomer for deriving electro- and heat-conduct-ing metallized films with high factors of reflection in visible, ultra-violet and infrared spectrum regions without change of mechanical properties in polyimide matrixes was synthesized. Optimization of the films chemical metallization methods to incorporate into them to various depths a great variety of metals without using expensive technologies of plasmachemical pickling, ionic implantation, elecrolysis. Possibility to produce films absorbing various ranges of electromagnetic radiation was shown. A technique of precious metals thing on generated electroconducting layers was developed. Strong nickel, platinum, rhodium coatings with high reflection without delamination or fragileness effects were developed. The modification methods developed are universal and applicable to industrial polyimide films of different firms [(Du Pont, USA); Upilex (Ude, Japan); Ultem (General Electric, USA), PM (Russia)].
