Technical characteristic: Technical characteristics: - Membranes working surface, m[2] 2.5...50; - Nominal chain-length limit, kDa 10...300; - Overall dimensions of a menbrane element, mm: diameter 75; height 1100(1600); - Working pressure, MPa, max: in the concentrate circuit 0.25; in the filtrate circuit 0.1; - Productivity by water (depends on the membrane nominal), l/hour 50...10000.

Advantages over analogues: The installation corresponds to the best world products for similar purposes. Use of polysulfone ultrafiltration membranes with inscreased permeability in the structure of a filtration element provides high specific productivity of the unit for long period of time.

Description of the development:

An installation for fractionating, purification and concentration of solutions of synthetic and natural high-molecular compouds, colloids, viruses and for clarifyng filtration in varions industries has been developed. The installation is made on base of a hollow membrane element or olements, pressure lines and a circulating pump. Material of membrane is polysulfone. Membrane regeneration mode is a return washing.
