Volumetric pneumatic pressing is a systematic method of treatment based on hemodynamics (blood flow), ie. on the effect on the blood and lymph on the venous and capillary level. Method can be called as capillary-therapy. The method is based on the forced acceleration of microcirculatory processes. The essence of the method is the volume pressure by the air wave to a large body surface.The peculiarity of the method is stimulation of sanogenesis. The mechanism of action is the pressure of compressed air wave on the skin, subcutaneous tissue, the underlying tissues - causes a change in electrical potential of cells, the appearance of the piezoelectric effect, the resonant vibrations of the capillaries' walls. As a result, tissue and hemic hypoxia are removed, the permeability of biological membranes improves, there is an active process of removing toxins from the body, trophic tissues improves, immunity increases, there is the withdrawal of intoxication syndromes and as a consequence, the elimination of irritation of nerve endings. The spasms of precapillary artery-venous inosculation are removed, the microcirculatory of blood and lymph circulation is improving. By reducing the hypoxia, the normalization process of the nervous regulation is observed. Improved circulation of the CNS leads to the removal of pain and hypertensive syndromes. The development of inhibitory processes in the CNS appears through expressed sedative and hypnotic effects, normalization of activity of the vegetative nervous system. This method does not need the use of medications. Purpose: The device "BIOREGULATOR", implementing this method, allows toaccelerate compulsory circulation of blood, lymph, interstitial fluid, which contributes to improving of hemodynamics and rheology blood characteristics, metabolism and trophies tissue, develops collateral circulation, enhances cell regeneration, and accelerates the recovery processes in the cells and tissues. For Ukraine and the CIS countries the method of the volume pneumatic pressing is new, but in Europe and in Japan it is well known, although the name of the method and apparatus for its implementation in each country has its own name. For example, in Germany, this method is called pneumomassage or sincardiac massage (ie. synchronously with the heart rate), and the apparatus that implements this method, called "Lymphomat". The mechanism of the device "BIOREGULATOR" is simple. On any part of the body the multicell pneumocollar is put on which according to composed by a physician program run air waves. Since pneumocollar covers completely a given body part, the impact is not only on the skin and nerves, but also in-depth at the vessels at the level of capillaries. Pneumatic pressing is used as monotreatment, but can also be applied to other types of therapy: phytotherapy, balneotherapy, informotherapy, bioenergy, etc. Indications for treatment:- by diseases of the locomotive system with neurological manifestations on the basis of degenerative processes of the spine;- by the macro-and microcirculatory disorders of blood circulation of the upper and lower limbs (congenital, acquired and post-operative);- by violation of the endocrine system associated with the metabolism;- by diseases of the respiratory system, cardiovascular system and metabolism;- by violation of the functions of the gastrointestinal tract;- by violation of the genitourinary system;- by the cut off reflex pain syndrome by the neuralgic appearance;- by the psycho-emotional disorders, physical and mental overexertion. Clinical trials: trials conducted in the General Clinical Hospital of Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Institute of Clinical and experimental surgery AMS of Ukraine, Kyiv Postgraduate Medical Institute, 2nd regional hospital for Chernobyl-patients (Kyiv), etc. By the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine the device was included in the register of medical equipment, allowed for mass production and application in medical practice, registered in the Register of industry innovations of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
